Natasha has over 20 years of cross-sector commercial and non-profit experience leading organisational engagement and transformation projects globally.
Before joining our Executive Board, Natasha worked closely with Amoria Bond for a number of years as strategic programmes advisor, helping develop and implement sustainable CSR, D&I and cultural engagement policies and initiatives.
In 2020, Natasha co-founded ASCEND – an internal networking-based programme designed to attract, retain and progress more females.
Natasha was appointed to the Board in 2021, and her remit expanded to include developing and governing the Group’s global Employer Brand and Marketing Division.
