I have been an L&D professional for almost 2 years and come from a recruitment background. I am very passionate about L&D, and my goals is to ensure individuals are equipped with the knowledge & expertise they need to be successful in their role.
My role is to help our newer additions to the team feel prepped and ready for their role as a recruiter, giving them the knowledge, they need to succeed. My role is also to aid towards the progression of those in my cohort by scheduling regular catch ups and coaching sessions. I joined the Amoria Bond team in 2024 as I was impressed by the progression opportunities, and really enjoyed meeting the team.
