Regulation 13A of The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2019 (“Conduct Regulations”) requires that any employment business such as Amoria Bond Limited provides a Key Information Document (“KID”) to work seekers before agreeing terms with them. Work seekers includes individual workers seeking opportunities either as a PAYE Temporary Worker, via an umbrella company (referred to as intermediary) or via their own limited company (“PSC”).
13A is a new regulation which took effect from 6th April 2020. Please note that if you have a pre-existing agreement with us this page and information is not relevant to you.
The regulation is intended to generate more transparency of information to work seekers, particularly in relation to pay. Historically, the government has highlighted its concerns where workers are engaged via an intermediary where there is a lack of transparency in relation to pay calculations and necessary deductions. Hence the KID will give you, as a prospective worker, information around key pay related information in a clear format before you agree to undertake an assignment via one of our clients. We encourage you to refer to .gov.uk for more information.
Amoria Bond Limited engages PSCs, PAYE and temps either directly or via its umbrella approved partners. We work only with FCSA accredited umbrellas and an example KID has been created for each of those partners and types of engagement accordingly below. We trust that these examples provide enough detail however if you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch with either your recruitment consultant or via our contractor care team available at legal@amoriabond.com.
Each KID generated below is an example of pay to provide you with an illustration. Figures may vary in practice and upon any actual engagement to reflect your personal tax code and rate of pay.
Please refer to each of the examples below accordingly.
