We are delighted to announce that Amoria Group has won the ‘Best Large Recruitment Business’ of 2024 at The Global Recruiter Awards in the UK on Wednesday, 20th November 2024. The Global Recruiter Awards celebrate the best recruitment organisations that dedicate themselves to delivering the best service to their clients, employees, and the wider community.
For this award, UK-based recruitment companies needed to prove an overall strong performance and show why they were the best in their field. Not only does this award highlight the growth and performance of the winner, but it also celebrates the wider positive impact they have on everyone with whom they work. To win the award, we had to provide evidence for:
- Great customer service and candidate experience
- Involvement with and understanding of the community we serve
- Clear, quantifiable billing success and a great approach to supporting internal talent
- Corporate Social Responsibility
- Social media and website use
The judges were impressed by our strategy and mission, saying:
