Amoria Bond’s 10th year in business appears to be a year of success.  After announcing last week that the business had been named a ‘Sunday Times International Fast Track 200 Company’, as well as ‘Agency of the year’ and ‘Best Large Recruitment Agency’ at the Recruitment Business Awards, Amoria Bond is again, celebrating success after winning three additional industry awards this week.  The Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards were held at London’s prestigious events venue, The Brewery and recognised industry success amongst the top recruitment consultancies in the UK.  Amoria Bond won both categories that the organisation was shortlisted for: Most Effective Pay & Benefits Strategy and Most Effective Professional Development.

The judging panel, which included senior resourcing managers from businesses such as Ernst & Young, The London Stock Exchange Group and Page Group, were impressed by Amoria Bond’s organic growth policy, the 10 step career programme and the “strong internal communication” across the business.

The judges commented that “Amoria Bond has aligned its pay and benefits strategy with its business mission of being transparent, straightforward, accessible and fair.”

Amoria Bond’s Asia Pacific office also received the award for “Best In-House Training at yesterday’s Global Recruiter APAC Awards at the prestigious South Beach Hotel.  With the recruitment industry as competitive as ever, Amoria Bond continues to prioritise training and development which, the founders highlight as one of their main success factors.   “Employing in-house performance coaches and also engaging with over 10 external training providers is means that we cater for any challenges our recruiters may face within their roles.”
