We are delighted to announce that on 14th October 2024, Amoria Bond was honoured with the prestigious "Staffing Company of the Year 2024" award by APSCo Germany! This award is presented to the staffing firm which can show exceptional performance and exemplary conduct in line with the values of their APSCo membership.
The jury praised Amoria Bond for our innovation, adaptability, and strong commitment to excellence. The company’s achievements in employee engagement, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I), and reliable performance monitoring through KPIs—underpinned by robust data and references—were highlighted as particularly impressive. Amoria Bond was described as an outstanding example of sustainable growth and success in the staffing sector, as noted in the jury’s statement.
Natasha Crump, Chief People and ESG Officer, expressed her excitement: “All of this, and so much more, is why we are rightly named the Staffing Company of the Year 2024. A huge thank you goes out to our amazing team in Cologne, led by Ian Cross, David Etherington, Matthew Roebuck, and Jorn Klaver, as well as the entire local leadership team, represented at the ceremony by Aliyah Gundiwal.”

We had a lot of competitors who were certainly doing a very, very good job as well - and we still took home the award, which means we're doing a lot of things right. [...]. APSCo Germany is a leading German trade association specialising in the recruitment sector.
