Amoria Bond Wins 2 APSCO Awards

We are still reeling after having picked up not one but two APSCO awards.  APSCO awards are notoriously tough not only because of the high standards that APSCO sets, but also due to their grueling second round face to face judging interviews.  These take place with leading authorities from the business world, from global organisations such as RBS.

We firstly won International Recruitment Company of the Year which was awarded to the APSCO member providing outstanding services to clients on an International basis throughout the past 12 months.  The judges said that "the international success of this organisation has been achieved primarily though organic growth.  Profiling what makes them successful and replicating that in different regions ahs provided exciting career opportunities leading to a very high staff retention and a really consistent culture"

We then also won Recruitment Company of the Year £5-50m turnover awarded to the organisation who has consistently displayed the values of APSCO as well as having exceptional performance.  The judges said;  "This very well balanced business demonstrated an exceptionally strong plan backed up with really good operating principles. Their diversity across sectors and geographies combined with a clear understanding of what it is that makes them good delivers results"

We are very very proud to given this recognition by an organisation such as APSCO, that only represents the very best of recruitment businesses within the industry.
