Amoria Bond "Best Recruitment Company"

Once again we are celebrating this morning after as Amoria Bond won best recruitment company for the 2nd year running.  We were awarded Best Medium Recruitment Business in the Global Recruiter Awards a year after winning Best Small Recruitment Business.

This is absolutely amazing achievement for us having not only retained the title of best recruitment company, but also having moved up a class in size from small to medium and in consecutive years.  We really didn't expect to win it again so soon,  as taking a step up into a more competitive category is a hard thing to do and  this is something no other recruitment company in the awards has achieved before.

Our entry was focused on our long term sustainable growth strategy and the benefits that that brings to our business, our employees and our customers.   The judges realised that this made us a highly credible business that "knows its objectives", "has a strong team ethos and looks after its staff through opportunities and training. 

Out of all other businesses of our size in the recruitment industry we were deemed to be the best at "understanding the requirements of its clients and candidates by showing exceptional sector knowledge". 

In recognition of the impact we have made overseas in the last year within our new Singapore and Cologne offices  and our strengthening position in Amsterdam we also got Highly Commended from the judges in the best UK Overseas Operation Category.
